We are a Pune-based financial services company, established in 2019, specializing in gold loan buyback solutions. Our primary service assists gold loan borrowers who are unable to release their pledged gold from banks or NBFCs due to financial constraints. In such cases, we directly remit the outstanding loan amount to the respective Bank or NBFC, ensuring the immediate release of the pledged gold. For this service, we charge a 3% fee on the total outstanding loan amount. Once the gold is released, we assess its value based on the prevailing market price. After deducting the amount paid to the financial institution and our service fee, any surplus amount is refunded to the borrower. Following the release process, we promptly sell the gold to a bullion dealer, securing a 2% margin above the market rate. This well-structured model allows us to maintain profitability while providing much-needed financial relief to borrowers. To scale our operations, we are seeking funds to expand our service reach, enhance our operational capacity, and increase our market presence. With the right investment, we aim to assist more borrowers and strengthen our position in the gold finance sector.
